Carbon Steel Elbow or Bend:-
Carbon Steel Elbow fittings is used in end of the pipe for direction change and also used for reducer/
decrease internal flow gas liquid temperature and pressure. Elbow has large categories and application
base on site requirements we consider it, if we talk about end connection with pipe & fittings it has butt
weld end, socket type end and threaded type end connection. Elbow has degree so we can used it as per
requirements like 30Degree Elbow, 45Degree Elbow, 90 Degree Elbow, 180 Degree Elbow and any
customization. Base on High Pressure & Temperature we used different thickness ERW Class B Elbow,
ERW Class C Elbow & Seamless Schedule 40, 80, 100, 120, 160 & XXS Elbow. 1D, 1.5D, 2D, 3D, 5D & 7D is
also important parameters of Elbow.

Carbon Steel Reducer is another most important fittings its used to increase and decrease pressure of the gas & liquid or it can be used where we need to change pipe size diameter. It has to variant A) Concentric Reducer & B) Eccentric Reducer, base on thickness for different pressure and temperature we consider any one in following ERW Class B Reducer, ERW Class C Reducer & Seamless Schedule 40, 80, 100, 120, 160 & XXS Reducer. For High Pressure and Temperature we consider Butt Weld End Type Reducer like in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Fertilizers, Sugar Mills, Dam & more. For example mainly we used eccentric reducer at suction of pump to avoid cavitation or excess gas so that cant damage pump and concentric reducer at discharge side for smooth flow.

Carbon Steel Tee has two different shape Equal Tee & Un-Equal Tee, Un-Equal Tee has two similar face and another one is different and equal tee has all three faces same, generally we used Tee in pipe for creating braches and holding a line for future projects.
